Relax in the screened in gazebo while enjoying Mother Nature and the water activity on beautiful Lake Gaston. This lake home is located in a quiet established sub-division 10 minutes from the Eaton Ferry Bridge. It has a master bedroom/bath on the main level. This bathroom also has a hallway entrance. The great room has a cathedral ceiling with windows to the top so those in the loft bedroom (4th bedroom) can experience the great lake view of Hubquarter Creek. Downstairs are two more bedrooms with a full bath, a sofa bed and TV game room with a 60" television/dvd combo equipped with surround -sound. (Satellite TV reception) Also in the room is a hard surfaced game table which can be converted to a felted poker table. A foosball completes this room which has sliders across it with a lake view as well. There is a patio under the deck (off the upstairs great room) for those that prefer the shade. A gentle walk down the steps to the boathouse allows two areas in which to tie up water vehicles. The cove is excellent for swimming as Southern Comfort is located toward the end of the cove but has a water depth of 6+ feet at the end of the dock. There is a canoe at the dock for the renters to use. WIRELESS INTERNET is available. NO PETS, NO SMOKING!!
